I was one of those guys who thought that I would never lose files on my hard drive.  I figured that other people who lost files must have been very careless in their handling of their computer.  And since I was always very careful nothing could ever happen to my stuff.  But one day I turned on my computer like I always do, but this time found it to be in desperate need of file recovery.  Nothing I did could help me get the files back and I knew that I needed professional help.  No longer was I so sure it was others fault.
