Stretch Those Stiff Muscles
Sports March 29th. 2008, 7:13amThere are a series of useful golf stretches that you can do to improve your golf game. It is good to do five minutes of walking before you start your warm up stretches. It is important to pay attention to your quadriceps, back muscles, hamstrings, hips, wrist and core muscles as these are the ones that you use when you swing and hit the ball. You can learn how to do these by looking at books, magazines, the Internet or maybe even purchasing a DVD. Doing a series of exercises each day and before and after each game will not only help to prevent injury while you are playing but also help to strengthen the muscles and improve your game.
