Senior Golfers Need Fitness

In fact, you may not even enjoy the game anymore. I’ve seen many senior golfers downright ashamed of how bad they play. Walking off the course dejected in a daily occurrence. The enjoyment of the game is no longer there. A golf fitness plan can change that completely. Improving your strength and flexibility specific to your golf swing is the way to go.
