Muscle Form
Sports December 8th. 2008, 7:20amI use to have the hardest time in my muscle workouts because I did not have the right form. No matter what I was told or how I was instructed to do things I could not keep proper form. I do not know if perhaps I was using a weight that was just too much for me because I could keep the form for a couple of reps but then I would feel like I had to concentrate on so many other things that my form would be lost. How do I keep the proper form throughout an entire workout?
