If you are thinking about getting a job and have a criminal past, you better think about what your approach will be. You can do one of two things. You could either hope that they do not look up your criminal records in the data base, or come clean right off the bat and let them know about your past. There is risk to just coming and in saying it, but depending on them doing the investigation you might be better off this way. However they might not have been planning on looking into it in the first place. You decide.
