There is a guy I know that wants to go out with me who keeps calling and calling trying to get me to go out with him. I have told him I am not interested and that I want him to stop calling me, but he doesn’t listen. I think this is a case of felony of the fourth degree, but I am not sure what the law says about this, and if there is anything that can legally be done to stop him from calling me in the future. I would love to hear any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this situation.
