I don’t think there’s a manual that has been published that will help you to get your ex back. it probably will teach you ways to understand or open up to your ex.  When my friend asked me how to get an ex back i thought to my self does your ex want to get back with you. I also told my friend not to try so hard to get back with their ex. Your ex will think that you are desperate and that might push him away even more. Give your ex room to breathe and miss being with you and maybe they will want to get back with you.
