I had the worst time finding parts the other day. I needed these Berkel meat slicer parts for my industrial slicer, but I couldn’t find a good price on what I wanted. I mean, sure; they had what I needed. But why was I being charged so much money for it. I could almost buy a new slicer for the amount they wanted for two parts! So, I found another company that made slicer parts and asked if they had parts to fit my Berkel slicer. They did; the dimensions were perfect. I doubt I’ll ever buy name-brand parts again, not at those prices.
