I hate the feeling of being out of control and that is exactly how I feel when I experience an anxiety attack. Before I had ever experienced one I though that people were just making it up and there had to be something you could do to get your emotions in check. Now I realize that it is a real and honest emotion that people are going through but at least there are true ways to overcome panic attacks. It may be hard if you do not notice the symptoms before an attack occurs but once you know the signs hopefully you will be able to put into practice controlling techniques immediately.
