I loved going to visit my grandmother, especially when she made her famous mussel dish. I love seafood, and I loved when my grandmother prepared it. Not many kids like mussels, but I sure did. I was afraid to try them at first, but my grandmother convinced me that they were delicious. I have loved mussels ever since. My grandmother had the best mussel recipe, but since she passed away, we cannot find the recipe anywhere. I am afraid I will never again be able to eat the dish that I love so much.
