My children are several years apart. My son is twenty years old. He is in the Navy. He just married a girl from Japan. My daughter is only ten years old. She still lives with my husband and me. When my son and his wife come home, my daughter has a surprise for them. She asked me to buy her a set of cds that would teach her how to speak some Japanese. It was a great way for her to learn Japanese words. Although my daughter in law is fluent in English, my daughter would like to greet her in her native language.
