I love iced tea! For many years I would reduce the amount of tea and the amount of sugar I would put in the iced tea. The idea was to drink more water and less tea and sugar. I needed to work my way into drinking plain water. Well, recently I realized that I am drinking more water than ever, but it is tap water. I installed water filters in my house and now I make my iced tea with filtered water. Wow, I can really taste the difference. I figure it is better safe than sorry. Now I can drink my tea knowing it is good for my body.
