I have five children and two of them are twins. They are my most recent actually and I gained a lot more with them than I did with my others. Which made it that much harder to lose the weight that I had put on. I tried my normal routine that had worked for me with my other kids but it wasn’t working at all for me now. So I started looking for a new plan and finally found one that seemed to work. With Medifast I am finally losing that weight. I look good and I feel good too. I also have more energy for my twins as well.
