I would really like to know, does panic away work? I am searching for a good way to deal with panic attacks without using medication. I really hate to take pills, and so far that is the only way I have been able to manage my condition. I would love to find some other way to stop panic attacks since I don’t like to be dependent on something like this. What if I run out of pills and have an attack? I want to be able to depend just on myself and not on anything else. It seems like the panic away method might be the way to achieve this.
