One of the things that people are unaware of is that diet soda can make you fat. Even though this may sound weird or stupid, it is true that diet soda is as bad as regular soda. I actually talked to an expert in fitness and he told me that the first mistake that many people do is to buy diet soda. They think that diet soda will not be better than the regular one. But studies have shown that drinking diet soda will get you fat.

I think that companies just put the label “diet soda” so people think that they are “safe” when drinking this soda. But the reality is that it is not healthy at all.
