I told my team that they were doing a great job at what they had been hired to achieve. I guess I thought they had more in them, and that is why I had to call the meeting. These men and women are talented, and I knew that they had more in them. I brought in some recruiter training videos to help them realize their potential. Apparently, it did some magic. The next week of recruiting was the best I had ever seen in my ten years with this company. I need to remember to do this more often.
