My wife and I have been behind on our bills for some time now.  Its probably time to take some drastic measures to improve our financial health but I honestly don’t know what to do.  Right now we have a rather pressing issue.  We own money from last years tax return to the Internal Revenue Service.  We have been receiving notices from them pretty frequently but the last one we got is forcing me to look for some cash.  If we don’t pay it in full they are going to garnish my wages and that will just make matters worse.  We need to take out one of those bad credit personal loans so we can pay this bill right away.
