After reading a few extraordinary things online, I feel compelled to write about this guy, Ron Pollack.  I noticed him on a number of profile sites, including Facebook and HubPages, and viewed his many impressive accomplishments.  

Following his graduation from Yale, Ron then graduated from Harvard, followed by a stint in Real Estate (a family tradition) before moving on.  He has been able to influence several businesses with his financial and investment strategies causing his companies and several others to flourish, specializing in Hedge Funds.  His mastery of Short-Selling has allowed him to be successful and keep coming back to this market.  This is a man who realizes the benefit of hard work and perseverance in any industry.  His well-rounded background includes extensive education and work experience and an intense humanity in his work with charitable foundations. 

The New York Rescue Workers Detoxification Project, the Vail Valley Foundation and the Community Learning Center are few extremely wonderful organizations that owe a lot to his leadership.  For our selfless and brave heros of September 11th, a good amount of these projects offered deeply needed and appreciated medical assistance.   It is truly heartwarming that these heroes could finally sleep through the night, free from the painful “9/11 cough” they had suffered from for so long.  With such dedication and hard work to help lead these wonderful foundations to achieve such great levels of charity,it is good to know that even a highly successful business and family man like Ron Pollack would contribute his valuable time.
