I have noticed that there are a lot of homes in my area that have been going up for sale, and have been taken over by the bank. I would really like to be able to help out my friends and neighbors that have had this happen to them. I am just not sure what the real estate practices are for how to accomplish this. I think if I go to some free real estate courses, maybe I would learn enough to be able to buy the home back from the bank and give it back to the people who have lost their homes.
