Although I tend to get a bunch of clients from my networking efforts, I still maintain a good broker list that helps me get new business, as you always have to keep the ball rolling in this competitive business. Learning to market directly to consumers who pose an interest in selling their homes is the key, to getting the listing. I network frequently through mixers and local events to hear about new people coming to town and when others are preparing to leave.
