When you are buying or selling a home, would you prefer an agent who is new to the business or someone who has over 25 years in real estate? Perhaps that is a rhetorical question, but you certainly get the point. An experienced agent can handle things efficiently and smoothly, and take much of the burden off of the client. When I pass out my real estate business cards, people take note that my many years of experience are listed right on the cards. I want potential clients to know that I offer expertise and excellence backed by years of experience, and that I am able to deliver results.
