Visit a state-of-the-art museumLast in our itinerary is the famous Reuben H. Fleet Science Center & Space Theater, which is also located in Balboa Park. It is a science museum that combines a planetarium with an interactive science exhibit. This museum also has the OMNIMAX, which is an IMAX Dome theater. The planetarium has a lot of innovative features, which includes a dome that is seventy-six foot in diameter and can be tilted 25 degrees. The audiences are placed in layers of rows that are facing the tilted dome that would give the feeling of being suspended in outer space. It also has a film projection system that allows the planetarium to show movies about space, the planets and the stars.  Aside from the planetarium, the center offers exhibits that can be manipulated or participated by visitors.
