I own my own home. Well, the bank owns my home, and I am in the process of buying it from them. I have a mortgage, and I make my monthly payments on time. My payment could be lower, if I would refinance now. When I ourchased my home, interest rates were much higher than they are now. I think I should take advantage of the low interest rates and do home loan refinancing. I would save a lot of money over the life of my loan.

Myhusband and I are thinking about making an investment in our home. We looked at outdoor wood stoves today. We have been considering the major purchase for a while now, but this is the first time we have actually gone and priced them. We found the one we like. I am almost positive that we will be buying the stove and installing it. Although we will be spending quite a bit of money for it, I think it is an investment that will be well worth it. The stove will pay for itself over time.

Our congregation has a website and we have a goal and that is to buy this land for the building of our church.  The church and the congregation is poor, they do not have any house that they can call their own.  The land where we do our worship for the Lord are being recalled because the owners want to to use it already.  That is why in the website we have mentioned that we are asking for donations.  We received many donations but not thru the site, I just realized now that maybe because we do not have the SSL certificate seal of trust.  We do not have to spend much since there are Cheap SSL Certificates.  The problem now is to convince them to get one of those.

My desktop computer has been with me for more than two years already. Lately, I discovered that its performance is completely different from the first time I used it. Maybe it has been moved by latest technology or just my thought of switching it with a new one that provides faster and efficient performance.

Nowadays, most of my time was spent in browsing the internet. I was actually looking for the newest and latest computer that will take the place of my current. However, the sky rocketing price of newly released computers is just giving me a valid reason to stay with what I have now. I really wish to find a great deal on computers so I can just kick off this slow and inefficient machine.
