Connecting Fibromyalgia and Aspartame

Health No Comments »

Keeping yourself healthy can be hard to do these days. Many factors can contribute to developing or worsening health risks, therefore awarenesss and proper care is essential. A lot has been said about the relationship between aspartame (NutraSweet) and fibromyalgia, but not everyone who has fibromyalgia gets better by giving up diet drinks. Four Florida women who had had both fibromyalgia and allergies for up to 17 years found that their fibromyalgia symptoms were nearly gone in three months when they quit consuming both NutraSweet and MSG. Taking a balanced B vitamin supplement containing cobalamin (vitamin B12) may speed up relief from symptoms, but the additional B vitamins work well only if NutraSweet and MSG are cut out of the diet. Through simple ways, health can be protected and preserved. Know more about what your body needs in order to avoid developing health problems in the future.

Mobile phones are safe

Cost of mobile phones can place a large dent into a family budget especially when multiple mobile phones are in use.  The problem is that mobile phones are still too new to know the long-term effects on humans.  While the reverse cell phone search is a useful tool both for socializing and for conducting business, too many employees using these devices might sometimes seem more like an enemy than a friend — making them feel chained to the office.  In its statement, the CDRH stated, "The available science does not allow us to conclude that mobile phones are absolutely safe, or that they are unsafe."

Information about the Cure for Gum Disease

Health No Comments »

Gum disease prevention is complex by the fact that your mouth is always filled with both useful and destructive bacteria. The good bacteria are aerobic in nature meaning they flourish in oxygenated environments. Anaerobic bacteria do not grow very well in oxygenated systems and this is the variety that will require gum disease treatment if you do not brush and floss everyday. Aside from brushing and flossing there is also the need to visit to the dentist regularly so as to assess the status of our teeth and gums. Hence, this could likewise be the second stage of gum disease prevention.

Technology improves

As cell phones and other wireless communication technology have edged towards ubiquity, there have been persistent concerns that the long-frequency and low-power radiation it produces may pose unrecognized health risks with a reverse lookup phone number.  And, as technology improves, and the phones get more bells and whistles, users are trading in older models even more quickly.  Jacobs Media’s Technology Web Poll III is the largest study of its kind, conducted in late February/early March 2007, among more than 25,000 respondents across 69 different Rock-formatted stations.  “Because of the broad and ubiquitous use and distribution of mobile phones and watches, the technology will maximize the chances of an encounter between the bearer of a modified personal device and a potential threat,” a noted patent says.

Sound of a name

I have found that incorporating the doumbek drum into my personal life and professional life has opened me up to a musical style that I had previously been unaware of. When I inquired as to the name of the drum, I discovered that it comes from the very unique sound that it makes.
“Doum” is the sound the drum makes when you strike it in the middle, and “bek” or “tek” is the sound the drum makes when you strike it near the rim. I find this as a drummer to be very interesting and smart. But perhaps it is a good thing not all drums are named in this fashion, for it might be a little confusing.

Not All Vacuum Cleaners Have Cords

Home No Comments »

That’s right. There are actually lightweight vacuums that are battery operated. These lighter uprights are designed to be used for quick cleanups of small messes. In this case, cords are a nuisance as you have to unwind them and find an outlet. If you have a small pile of crumbs to pick up it’s almost not worth the hassle. It’s for this reason that the less powerful, smaller vacuum cleaners are recharged between uses. When you are finished using them simply hang them back on the charger, which can be conveniently tucked away in a closet or the garage. The next time your dog tracks some dirt in from outside you can grab the vacuum and go. It will take you less time to clean up the mess than it would have just to get your full sized vacuum out and plugged in. The vacuum cleaner is constantly evolving to meet the needs of today’s busy households. The lightweight vacuum is a testament to how the companies are listening to the consumers.

Relocating to Carmichael California

Business No Comments »

My husband and I, and our families have always lived on the east coast. Recently my husband was told that his employer is downsizing their operations. So, we’re moving to northern California. We took time to visit the Sacramento area and the town we liked was Carmichael. Carmichael is located about ten miles northeast of downtown Sacramento. We liked the fact that it’s small and has a beautiful nature center and preserves along the American River. We were very lucky to find a Carmichael, CA realtor who really listened to us and helped us to find the perfect new home in Carmichael.
